Netvox Wireless Thermocouple Sensor - DS18B20 type - R718AD-N is used to detect temperature of the object and medium which FOOD grade Needle type thermocouple is contacted. It uses SX1276 wireless communication module.

R718AD-N is connected with DS18B20 digital temperature sensor, it supports a low to mid high temperature operation, provided fairly precise output (±0.5°C over much of the range). The collected data is displayed in the gateway.
